4 cups chopped chicken/turkey or tuna
2 cups chopped celery
1 Tablespoon chopped onion
2 Tablespoons lemon juice
2/3 cup mayonaise
4 hard boiled eggs, chopped
1 cup grated cheese
2 cans cream of chicken soup
pimento (optional)
1 cup slivered almonds

Mix together all of above, put in baking dish. Cover with 1 1/2 cups potato chip crumbs. Bake 35 to40 minutes at 350*
