2 cans Bean Dip or 1 can refried beans
3 med Avocado, mashed or pre mashed pkg,
1 T Lemon juice omit if using pre mashed pkg,
1 pkg taco seasoning mix
1 bunch green onions, chopped
3 med. Tomato, diced
3/4 C Mayonnaise
8 oz green olives, sliced
4 oz black olives, sliced
8 oz cheddar or Mexican style cheese, grated
8 oz sour cream
1 bag tortilla chips or Fritos

Directions:

1. On large platter spread bean dip
2. Mash avocado and mix with lemon juice.
3. Spread over bean dip
4. Mix sour cream, mayo, & taco seasoning.
5. Spread over avacado
6. Sprinkle onion oover sour cream.
7. Sprinkle tomatoes over onions
8. Sprinkle green and black olives over tomatoes
9. Sprinkle cheese over olives
