2 Medium sized Sweet Potatoes, Peeled & sliced
1 Cup White Sugar or Sugar Free Substitute
1/2 Teaspoon Cinnamon
1 Teaspoon Ground Nutmeg
1/2 Teaspoon Cloves
2 Tablespoons Butter, sliced
4 Tablespoons Pineapple Juice
1Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
Add another teaspoon vanilla extract if sugar substitute was used.


You can use one bag of Frozen Sweet Potatoes instead of fresh potatoes.

Directions:
Place peeled and sliced Potatoes in a large sauce pan and boil 30 minutes covered with water. Boil on medium heat. (or place in microwave in a microwave casserole dish for 30 minutes). If boil method was used, pour water off pototoes. Place cooked potatoes in a casserole large pan or leave in microwavable dish if potatoes were microwaved. Pour remaining ingredients over potatoes and cook over medium heat or microwave for 30 minutes. Cook until all ingredients have dissolved.
