1 Pkg. lemon cake mix
1 (4 serving size) lemon instant pudding
4 eggs
1 c. water
1/3 c. oil

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350. Grease and flour bundt pan. Combine all ingreddients and beat 2 min. on medium
speed. Bake 50-60 min. Cool in pan 25 min. Invert onto a cake plate.Let finish cooling.

Frosting:
1/2 stick melted butter.
Confectioners sugar
lemon extract
yellow food coloring 1-2 drops

Mix butter and sugar. Add milk and stir til smooth. May need to heat it a little so butter is smooth.
Pour over cake.
