1 lb lean ground beef, cooked, drained
1 cup shredded sharp cheddar
8 oz cream cheese
1 cup shredded Mozzarella cheese
1 can chili with no beans
1 cup olives (green or pitted black)
1 jar salsa (medium or hot, to taste)
cafeteria style nachos

Directions:
Directions:
Soften the cream cheese in the microwave then spread a layer in the bottom of a glass dish. Then layer the chili, olives, meat and salsa, with some cheese. Repeat these layers in order again then cover with the cheeses. Cook 2-4 minutes (high) in the microwave until the cheeses on top have melted. Eat with cafeteria style nachos. Serve hot. Enjoy!

Believe it or not, kids love this dish. It’s easy and hearty and fun. It’s great if you’re in a hurry but hungry. Plus, you cook it in the microwave in less than 5 minutes.
