20 lb turkey (oven cooked)
12 lb beef (smoked or grilled)
8 lb pork (smoked or grilled)
10 lb potatoes
1 cup sugar
6 lb onions
4 gal tomatoes
2 gal corn (frozen whole kernel)
1 gal catsup
1 qt vinegar
salt and pepper to taste

Cook and debone pork, beef and turkey. Grind meat and vegetables. Build fire and set under a huge black pot. Cook and (for goodness’ sake) STIR!!!!!
