6-8 pork chops

Marinade: combine and set aside:
¼ cup frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp soy sauce
¼ tsp black pepper
1 clove garlic, minced

Marinade:
Combine the ingredients.

Chops:
Place in a plastic bag set in a bowl. Pour in marinade; seal bag. Marinate in refrigerator 4-6 hours, turning bag occasionally. Drain chops, discard remaining marinade.

Preheat broiler. Broil 3-4” from heat for 9-12 minutes (160º), turning once until pork juices run clear.
