2 racks babyback pork ribs
2 12-oz bottles honey
18 oz bottle KC Masterpiece BBQ Sauce
2 packets Lipton Onion Soup & Dip Mix
19 oz bottle Bob Evans Wildfire Sauce
16 oz bag brown sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients (except ribs) in a large bowl. Stir until mixture is smooth. Preheat oven to 300º. Line 2 9” x 13” pans with aluminum foil. Peel the thin layer of cartilage off the back of the ribs. Place ribs in the pans and cover with ¼ of the sauce mixture. Cover with foil and bake for 2 hours. Remove foil. Cover ribs with remaining sauce and broil 5-10 minutes. Let cool. Serve.

Absolutely melt-in-your-mouth good. Guaranteed to please even the most discerning rib expert. This is an Ohio recipe (in Ohio they add sugar to everything, even grits), but these ribs are VERY good – a change from vinegary or hot barbeque sauce.
