16 oz. cream cheese
3/4 c. sugar
3 eggs
1 T. vanilla
about 20 vanilla wafer cookies
cherry or blueberry pie filling

Directions:
Combine the cream cheese, sugar, eggs and vanilla.

Use a cup cake pan and cup cake wrappers. Place 1 vanilla wafer in each cup cake wrapper.

Fill the cup cake papers about 3/4 full with the cream cheese mixture. Bake at 350 for about 20 minutes. When cool, top each one with 1 T. pie filling. 150 calories each
