Crust:
1 1/2 c. chocolate wafer crumbs (You can use any chocolate wafer cookies and even Oreo's if you scrape off the center filling.)
2 T. sugar
1/4 c. butter, melted

Filling:
1/4 c. semi sweet chocolate chips
1/4 c. heavy cream
24 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 c. sugar
1/3 c. baking cocoa
3 eggs, beaten
1 t. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Crust: Combine and press into a 9" spring form pan. Bake at 350 for 10 minutes. Cool.

Filling:
Heat cream just to a boil. Pour over chocolate chips and stir until smooth.
In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add cocoa. Add eggs. Stir in vanilla and chocolate mixture. Pour over crust. Put pan on baking sheet. Bake 45-50 minutes at 325.

Topping:
Heat cream to boil and pour over chips. Stir in vanilla. Spread over filling.

Refrigerate over night.
