4 cup cooked chicken, in chunks
2 cup chopped celery
4 hard cooked eggs, chopped
¾ cup mayonnaise
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 tsp. salt
2 pimento, chopped
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. minced onion

Topping:
⅔ cup slivered toasted almonds
1½ c. crushed potato chips
1 cup grated sharp cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Combine chicken, celery, eggs, mayonnaise, soup, lemon juice, salt, onion, and pimentos. Place in 9x13-inch baking dish. Top with chips, cheese and almonds. Cover and refrigerate overnight.

Bake at 400º for 25-30 minutes. (Bake uncovered.)
