1 cup elbow macaroni, uncooked
1 can tuna, drained, flaked
1 can cooked peas (bring to a boil only)
1 cup celery
Green onions
Green pepper
Red pimento
Mayonnaise (can mix with sour cream or milk)
Pickles, cubed
Salt, pepper
Lemon juice and/or
prepared mustard, to taste

Cook the macaroni (don't overcook). Coarsely chop celery, green pepper, onion and pimento. Mix all the ingredients, except peas and macaroni with the tuna. Then carefully add the drained peas, then the macaroni.
