4 eggs
1 3/4 cup sugar
8 cups cream
2 pinches salt
1 tablespoons vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs with sugar. Add 2 cups of the cream. Scald over low heat; do not boil. Stir in salt. Let mixture cool. Stir in vanilla and remaining cream. Freeze mixture. Follow manufacturers directions for ice cream machine.
