1 can Rotel
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 lb Velveeta
1 can refried beans
1 lb of ground beef

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350º.
2. Mix all and heat on low to melt cheese. ( I use a double boiler to melt - it doesn’t burn the cheese that way).
3. Brown ground beef.
4. Line a 9x13 baking dish with torn pieces of flour tortillas.
5. Cover with burger and then top with cheese mixture.
6, Bake for 15-20 minutes.
