2 pkgs cinnamon roll dough with icing
4 eggs
½ c milk
1 Tbsp cinnamon
1 tsp vanilla
2 Tbsp butter
2 Granny Smith apples, diced
1 c brown sugar
Vanilla ice cream

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 375º.
2. Cut dough into diced pieces (9 pieces per roll). Set aside icing.
3. In a medium bowl combine eggs, milk, cinnamon, and vanilla stirring until smooth; set aside.
4. In a pan over medium heat combine butter, apples, and brown sugar, cooking until sugar starts to caramelize – about 10 minutes. Remove from heat.
5. Sprinkle roll dough evenly in a 9x9 baking pan.
6. Pour egg mixture over top.
7. Pour apple mix over all.
8. Drizzle icing on top.
9. Bake 25-30 minutes or until golden brown. Serve with ice cream.
