1 cup salt
2 teaspoon oil
4 teaspoon cream of tartar

Combine all ingredients in a sauce pan. Cook over medium heat until dough forms a ball. Need lightly, store in an air tight container. Divide between each child and put in a zip lock bag for them to take home. They can use small cookie cutters to make designs.
