2 cups diced cooked Chicken
3 cups Corn, fresh or canned
1 cup Cracker Crumbs (Saltine, Ritz, whatever you have)
1 beaten egg or 2 egg yolks
1 cup Milk or Chicken Stock
1/4 cup melted Butter
1 teaspoon sugar (omit if corn is fresh sweet)
1/2 teaspoon Salt
Pepper to taste
2 tablespoons chopped Green Pepper, optional

Directions:

Combine ingredients and pour into casserole dish and bake at 350 degrees for 35--45 minutes.
