2 lemon pepper chickens from Walmart.
2- 14.5oz cans delmonte brand carrots
4 to 6 stalks of celery chopped
2 bags of minute boil in a bag rice
1 box of low sodium chicken broth.

Directions:
Directions:
Cut chicken off bones and put bones in a large pot with enough water to cover bones. Boil 45 minutes to an hour. In a separate pot cut up celery. Cook till done. In another pot boil rice 10 minutes (drain) when bones are done, drain juice in a colander in a separate pot. Place broth only back in large pot. Place carrots, celery, rice, chicken broth and cut up chicken pieces in broth. Boil 30 minutes to an hour on medium heat.
