Duncan Hines Cake Mix

24 oz. frozen coconut
2 cups sugar
16 oz. sour cream

Directions:
Cook cake mix as directed. Make 2 layers and split each in 2.

Thaw coconut in refrigerator. Mix together the coconut, sugar, and sour cream. Let stand in refrigerator overnight. Spread on cake. Keep refrigerated.

Cake freezes well.
