7 cups sliced Cucumbers
1 cup Green Peppers chopped
1 cup Diced Oniion
2 Tablespoons Salt
1 Tablespoon Celery Seed

Syrup:
1 or 2 cups Sugar (depends on how sweet you like it)
1 cup Apple Cider Vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
Slice cucumbers, sprinkle salt on them and let stand for 30-60 minutes. Rinse well then add remaining peppers and onions. Mix sugar and vinegar together and stir until sugar dissolves, then add celery seed. Pour over vegetables and store in refrigerator for up to 3 months.
