For Cake:
1 and a half cup brown sugar
1/2 cup crisco shortening
1 egg
2 cup flour
1 teaspoon soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup sour cream
1 and a half cup rhubarb

For Topping:
1/2 cup sugar
1 tablespoon melted butter or margarine
1/2 cup chopped nuts (optional)
1 teaspoon cinnamon

For Cake:
Preheat oven to 350*. Cream shortening and sugar, combine, flour, soda, salt, egg, sour cream, rhubarb (Cut rhubarb in 1/2inch length. put in last). Sin, do not use a mixer. Pour in a greased and floured 9x13 pan. Bake about 40 minutes. Cool, top with a scoop of vanilla ice cream and put strawberry on top of that.

For Topping:
Combine, sugar, butter, nuts and cinnamon together with a fork. Sprinkle on cake before you cook it.
