Veggie Bars Recipe

1 can Pillsbury Crescent Dough
1 (8 oz) pkg cream cheese
1 (8 oz) pkg ranch dressing
c mayonnaise
1 pkg broccoli and cauliflower
red pepper
green pepper
1 carrot, shredded

1. Preheat oven to 375.
2. Finely chop all veggies and mix with shredded carrot.
3. Spread crescent dough on sheet pan.
4. Bake dough for 8 to 10 minutes.
5. Mix cream cheese, mayonnaise and ranch dressing.
6. Spread cream mixture on cooled crust.
7. Spread chopped veggies on top of cream mixture.
8. Cut into squares and serve.
