4 cups Whole Wheat Flour
1 1/2 cups All Purpose Flour
2 cups packed Brown Sugar
4 teaspoons baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
4 cups (1 quart) Buttermilk

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together all dry ingredients. Slowly add buttermilk; mix until well blended.

Bake 350 degrees for 60 minutes

Serve warm or cold. Butter and/or honey are great.
