1-#10 can diced (or puréed) tomatoes (Sams or Costco) or 4-28 oz. cans
2 fresh bundles cilantro (stems cut off)
1 extra large white onion
3-4 Serrano chiles
2-3 limes, juiced
4-5 garlic cloves, pressed or minced
2 Tbs. salt

Blend everything in food processor or blender. Adding tomatoes last.
This will keep for up to 3 weeks in the fridge.
