¼ cups stone-ground corn meal
1 cup sour cream
1 cup cream style corn
⅓ cup vegetable oil
2 eggs
2 tsp baking powder
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
¼ tsp salt

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients, stirring by hand. Pour into well-greased 8 inch square or round pan. Bake at 400° for 40 minutes until well-browned. Let stand 10 minutes before cutting (if you can keep everyone away that long).
