1 lb cheese (sharp)
1 tbsp red pepper
5 cups self-rising flour
2 tbsp paprika
1 lb butter

Directions:
Directions:
Grate the cheese and knead the cheese into the butter. Knead in half the flour and the seasonings. Knead in the rest of the flour. This will take some time so keep on kneading! Roll in waxed paper and chill. Slice and bake the wafers at 350º until slightly browned around the edges and done in the middle.
