⅓ cup sugar
1 cup white rum
½ cup fresh mint, roughly chopped
½ cup fresh lime juice
crushed ice
club soda
fresh mint sprigs for garnish
lime slices for garnish

Directions:
Directions:
Muddle the sugar, mint and lime juice. (Muddle is to crush ingredients into a mash with the handle of a wooden spoon.) Add the rum. Strain into 4 to 6 10-oz glasses and top with crushed ice and club soda. Garnish with mint and lime slices (twisted).
