1 C. Sugar
1 C. Light Corn Syrup
14 oz. Peanut Butter
6 oz. Special K Cereal
1 - 1¼ C. Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips

Directions:
Directions:
Spray a large mixing bowl with cooking spray. Add corn syrup and sugar to mixing bowl, and mix well. Microwave on high for about 3 ½ minutes or until mixture boils. Add peanut butter and mix well. Microwave for another 1 ½ minutes. Add Special K and mix well (Do not over mix. The cereal will breakdown.) Spread into 9 x 13 pan. Top pan with chocolate chips. Put tray in oven at 200 º for approximately 4 minutes - just long enough to melt the chocolate chips. Spread chocolate evenly. Cut into bars when cooled
