2 c. sugar
2 sticks oleo
3 T cocoa
3/4 c buttermilk
1 tsp vanilla
2 c flour
1 c water
2 eggs, beaten
1 tsp soda
Directions:
Directions:
1. Mix sugar and flour together.
2. Combine oleo, water, and cocoa in a boiler and bring to a boil.
3. Pour over sugar/flour mixture and mix together.
4. Combine remaining ingredients and add to mixture.
5. Blend well.
6. Pour in a greased and floured 13 x 15 inch pan.
7. Bake in preheated 350º oven for 20 minutes or until done.
 

Icing
Ingredients:

1 stick oleo
6 T milk
1 c chopped pecans
2 T cocoa
1 box powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla
Directions:
Directions:
1. Combine oleo, cocoa, and milk. Bring to a boil.
2. Remove from heat and add remaining ingredients.
3. Spread over hot cake.
4. Cook cake before cutting.
