bag of tator tots
8 eggs
1 c milk
1 tsp salt
2 c breakfast sausage, browned and drained
2 c cheese
Directions:
Directions:
1. Coat a cast iron skillet with oil

2. Spread 1/2 a bag of tator tots in the bottom of the skillet

3. Mix the eggs with the milk and salt.

4. Spread the meat and cheese over the tator tots.

5. Pour the egg mixture on top.

6. Bake 40 minutes in a 375º preheated oven.
