1 ½ cups bean sprouts (or 1 can)
1 cup of either chicken, beef, pork, fish, or shrimp leftovers (cooked)
1 cup cabbage, finely sliced or chopped
½ cup celery, finely sliced or diced
1 medium onion, finely chopped
8 eggs, beaten
salt and pepper

Gravy:
I am guessing at amounts! Feel free to change.

1 Tablespoon soy sauce
2 beef bouillon cubes
1 ½ cups of water
1 Tablespoon corn starch
½ teaspoon garlic powder

Directions:
Directions:
1. Stir everything together.

2. Add a little vegetable oil to a hot frying pan.

3. Pour in enough mix to make pancake sized patties.

4. Fry slowly until browned on both sides.

5. Mix gravy ingredients together and heat in small saucepan until thickened.

6. Put a little gravy on top of each patty and serve.
