1-1/4 cups cocoa
1-1/2 cups sugar
3/4 teaspoon salt
1-3/4 cups hot water
4 quarts milk
1 tablespoon vanilla flavoring
Directions:
Directions:
Blend the cocoa, sugar, and salt in a 6-quart saucepan and gradually add the hot water. Boil over medium heat for 2 minutes, stirring constantly. Add the milk and heat thoroughly, stirring occasionally. DO NOT BOIL.

Makes 24 servings - 6 oz. each
