Dressing:
4 tablespoons sugar
2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon Accent (optional)
1/2 cup vegetable oil
2 teaspoon sesame oil
6 tablespoons white vinegar

Salad:
4 chicken breasts, cooked and cubed
1 large head of lettuce, red or green leaf
or a bag of lettuce mixture
1/2 cup sliced almonds
11-ounce can mandarin oranges, drained
3 green onions, sliced (white and light green parts)
1 cup (or more) crunchy Chinese noodles

Directions:

Mix dressing ingredients well until sugar is dissolved. Chill for at least 30 minutes to allow flavors to combine.

Add all salad ingredients to large bowl. Pour dressing over salad and toss to coat. Serve immediately.

This dressing is wonderful. Keep it on hand in the fridge for other salads as well. This salad is crunchy and the colors are beautiful.
