1 small head of radiccio, leaves separated and cut into bite size pieces
1 small jar prepared pesto sauce (about ½ c.)
½ c. toasted pine nuts

Directions:
Directions:
Wash, separate, and trim radiccio leaves; dry thoroughly. Place about ½ tsp. pesto sauce in leaf and sprinkle with 2 or 3 pine nuts. Arrange on a serving platter and refrigerate until ready to serve.
