2 tbsp. butter
3 tbsp. Epicure 3 Onion dip mix
1 1/4 c. finely chopped fresh mushrooms
1 - 8 oz. pkg. light cream cheese
1 tsp. Epicure Lemon Dilly dip mix
1 tsp. Epicure Cheese & Jalapeño dip mix
1 tsp. Epicure Herb & Garlic OR Crab dip mix
1 c. grated cheddar cheese
1/4 c. mayonnaise
1/4 c. sour cream or plain greek yogurt

Preheat oven to 350ºF (175ºC).

Sauté mushrooms in butter and onion dip mix until most of the moisture is gone. Mix with remaining ingredients. Place into a baking dish and bake for 15-20 minutes until edges start to brown and bubble. DO NOT over bake or cheeses will separate.
