1 lb. hot sausage
1/2 lb. extra sharp cheese - grated
3 cups biscuit mix

Chili sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Have cheese and sausage at room temperature. Mix sausage and cheese together. Then work in Bisquick with hands. Form into small balls the size of marbles.

Bake at 350º for about 12 minutes.

Dip in chili sauce on toothpicks.
