2 cups yellow squash
1/2 stick margarine - melted
1 small onion - chopped
1/2 cup milk
1 cup Ritz type crackers - crushed
1 egg - beaten
Salt & pepper to taste
1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese (more if desired)

Directions:
Directions:
Slice the yellow squash into thin slices. Boil in water until done. Drain.

Mix all ingredients, except the cheese. Pour into a buttered casserole. Top with the shredded cheese..

Bake at 350º for 40 minutes or until bubbly.
