jar of salsa (whatever size you want)
Tomato juice

Sour cream
Shredded cheese of your choice
Tostito chips

Directions:
Directions:
Brown beef, add taco seasoning according to package instructions. Once cool add to a large freezer zip-lock bag. Next add the beans, corn & salsa. Lay flat & freeze or keep cool until you arrive at the show.
Once at show place in crock pot, and add as much tomato juice as you like to get to the soup consistency your family will like. Serve with sour cream (kind in a squeeze tube is super easy) cheese and tostito chips.

Personal Notes:
Most soups can be prepared and then frozen to take to a show. I love storing my soups and freezer meals in zip-lock bags. You might want to add the "liquid" once you get there so you don't have so much in the bags.
