Yellow classic cake mix
instant chocolate jello pudding
8 oz sour cream
4 eggs
1/2 c. sugar
3/4 c. water
3/4 c. oil
8 oz semi sweet chocolate chips

Stir and mix (do NOT use a mixer)
Bake for 50 minutes at 350º
 

Icing

1 stick butter
4 T. cocoa
6 T. canned milk
1 box of powered sugar
Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter
Add cocoa and milk and heat 1 minute
Pour over box of powered sugar
Add more milk as needed to thicken
