Ingredients:  
1 pounds ground beef
cup salsa
cup crushed tortilla chips
1 med onion chopped
1 egg
1 tsp salt
1 cup shredded monterey jack cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients (except salsa and cheese) and place in a slightly greased loaf pan
Bake at 375 for 40 minutes or until done.
During the last 10 minutes of baking. spoon desired amount of salsa over beef and sprinkle with cheese.
