4 eggs
1 c. sugar
2 T vanilla
1/2 pt. whipping cream
2 cans Eagle Brand condensed milk
Dairy milk to fill line (about 1 1/2 qts)
1/4 tsp salt
Directions:
Directions:
Combine eggs, cream, sugar, salt, and vanilla in a bowl and mix thoroughly with mixer.
Pour into can and add condensed milk.
Add dairy milk to fill line.
Makes 4 quarts.
 

Fudge Topping
Ingredients:  
Ingredients:  
2 c. sugar
1/2 c. cocoa
1/4 c. light Karo syrup
3/4 c. evaporated milk
1 T. vanilla
1 T. butter
1/8 tsp salt
1/2 c. chopped nuts (optional)
Directions:
Directions:
Cook for 6 minutes in microwave (stir every 2 minutes)
Remove and add butter, vanilla, salt, and nuts.

Serve warm over ice cream.
