1/2 cup chopped celery (optional)
1 small can sliced mushrooms (drained)

1 small jar jalapeno cheez whiz
1 small jar regular cheez whiz
1/2 can creamy chicken mushroom soup

Directions:
Directions:
Steam broccoli - do not overcook.
Saute vegetables in margarine.
Add meat and cook out liquids. (If using ground beef, precook and drain.)
Add other ingredients except broccoli.
Mix well on low fire.
Add broccoli and serve hot with crackers or chips.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
I have a difficult time finding cheez whiz, so I use a pound of Velveeta Mexican cheese instead. Depending of how spicy you want it, you can use milder or spicier cheese and Rotel variations.

While I always make it with crayfish, you can use ground beef, shrimp, crab, sausage, etc..
