Chicken Spaghetti Recipe

Ingredients:

1 chicken or 6 breast (boiled and deboned)
1 pcg. spaghetti
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can Rotel tomatoes (diced)
1 small jar pimentos
8 oz. Velveeta cheese
1 bell pepper (chopped)
1 onion (chopped)
1 stick margarine or butter

Directions:
Directions:
Boil and debone chicken, saving broth. Cut into large bite-size pieces.
Boil sgahetti in chicken stock (add water if necessary)
Saute onions and peppers in butter.
Mix spaghetti, veggies in butter, chicken, and all other ingredients.
Season to taste. (I add Creole seasoning.)

Place in a greased casserole dish.
Bake at 350º for 25 - 30 minutes or until bubbly.

You can use Rotisserie chicken and boil your spaghetti in a store bought broth. Not as economical, but just as good. We like ours hot, so I add jalapenos and lots of Tony's!
