1 1/2 c. sugar
1 c. butter, softened
1 c. sour cream (or buttermilk)
2 eggs
1 rounded t. baking soda
2 heaping t. baking powder
1 t. vanilla
3 1/2 c. flour

Directions:
Directions:
Cream the sugar and butter. Add sour cream, eggs, soda, baking powder, and vanilla. Mix well.
Stir in flour. You may have to use your hands for this since it's pretty hard to stir it at this point!
Bake 12-15 minutes at 350.
Frost with vanilla frosting or sprinkle with sugar.
