Pear Muffins Recipe

3 cups all-purpose flour
2 cups sugar
2 teaspoons baking soda
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 eggs
1 cup vegetable oil
1 teaspoon vanilla flavoring
4 cups pears - peeled and chopped
1 cup pecans - chopped
1 cup raisins

Combine flour, sugar, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt in a bowl.

In a separate bowl, combine eggs, oil, and vanilla. Stir into dry ingredients, just to moist. Fold in pears, nuts, and raisins. It will be stiff.

Put in muffin pan. Bake 25-30 minutes at 350.
