2 pounds chicken wings
2 eggs
1 teaspoon baking soda
4 garlic cloves, minced
1 teaspoon ginger, minced
1/4 cup Gochujang paste
3 tablespoons coconut aminos
1 tablespoon white wine vinegar
3 tablespoons honey
1 tablespoon fish sauce
sea salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
Combine eggs, baking soda, salt and pepper.
Toss in chicken wings and coat well.
Arrange wings on a baking sheet and cook 30 minutes, turning every 10 minutes.
Combine all remaining ingredients in small saucepan and stir over medium heat until thickened.
Pour sauce over wings, toss until well coated and serve.
