oil ( deep fryer)
2 eggs
2 T milk
2 T oil
Small red onion, thinly sliced
1 lb chuck steak, already cooked, thinly sliced
16 ounce pepper jack cheese
8 egg rolls

Directions:
Directions:
1. Fill deep fryer with oil.
2. Mix eggs and milk together in bowl. ( egg wash)
3. Frying pan ( medium heat) . Add oil, onions. Sweat onions until soft.
4. Add cheese, melt.
5. Add meat. Remove excess moisture. Let cool.

Make egg rolls per directions on package.
Use egg wash to make sure egg rolls stay closed.

Deep fry. Light brown and crunchy.
