1 Pillsbury Ready-to-Bake Pie Crust - softened as directed on box
1 package Jimmy Dean regular flavor pork sausage roll
4 eggs
1 cup milk
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 425º.

Cook sausage in a skillet over medium-high heat for 8-10 minutes or until thoroughly cooked, stirring frequently; drain.

Place pie crust in a 9-inch glass pie plate as directed on the package.

Beat eggs, milk, salt & pepper in a large bowl until blended. Stir in sausage. Pour filling in the pie crust.

Bake 40 to 45 minutes or until the edge of the filling is golden brown and a knife inserted near the center comes out clean.

Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
