1 lb. hamburger
1 jar (24 oz.) Ragu spaghetti sauce
12 lasagna noodles
2 packages sliced mozzarella cheese - 10 slices per package
1 container (16 oz.) sour cream
1 container (16 oz.) cottage cheese

Directions:
Brown hamburger. Add spaghetti sauce and simmer.

In a small bowl, mix the sour cream and cottage cheese. Then load each empty container back up so that you will easily know how much half of it is.

Cook 12 lasagna noodles and drain.

Line a 9 x 13-inch casserole dish with 2 layers lasagna noodles (8 noodles). Top with a thick layer of the hamburger sauce (Use half of the sauce). Top with mozzarella cheese. Top with half of the cottage cheese and sour cream mix.. Add another layer of lasagna noodles (4 noodles). Add another layer of mozzarella cheese. Add the rest of the cottage cheese and sour cream mix. Top with the rest of the hamburger sauce.

Bake in 350º oven for 30 minutes.

Per Memaw: After cooking, you can cut this into serving size pieces and freeze for later. It warms up well in the microwave.
