1 box (9 oz.) frozen broccoli cuts - thawed & drained
1-1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese (6 o,z) - divided
1 cup cut-up cooked chicken
1 medium onion - chopped (1/2 cup)

1/2 cup biscuit mix
1 cup milk
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
2 eggs

Heat oven to 400º. Spray a 9-inch glass pie plate with cooking spray. Sprinkle broccoli, 1 cup of the cheese, the chicken and onion in the pie plate.

In a medium bowl, stir the remaining ingredients until blended. Pour into the pie plate.

Bake for 35 to 38 minutes or until a knife inserted in center comes out clean. Sprinkle with the remaining 1/2 cup cheese. Bake 1 to 2 minutes longer or until the cheese is melted. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
